About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide after-sales technical service and emergency support for grounded aircraft (AOG) to ensure fleet availability
- Offer technical, logistical, and commercial assistance for issues affecting engines in operation
- Work with internal organizations and external suppliers to resolve customer issues regarding spare parts, rental engines, and service investigations
- Document and track all customer interactions and case progress through the CRM system
- Follow up with customers to restore grounded aircraft to service, aiming for a turnaround of less than 24 hours
- Respond effectively to urgent customer requests and initiate contact with relevant P&WC groups during emergency situations
Requirements
- 10 years of aircraft maintenance experience (assembly, inspection, test benches, or maintenance) or a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
- Strong understanding of turbine engine operations and aircraft systems
- Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex technical issues
- Proficiency in English for reading technical documentation and communicating with international clients and suppliers
- Ability to work in a team environment and learn new IT platforms
