Certifying Staff CAT B1/B2 – Maintenance & Ground Test

Responsibilities

• Certify maintenance work and conduct ground tests for aircraft in the Hamburg production facility
• Perform inspections on aircraft systems and hold points according to defined standards
• Execute operational and functional tests on aircraft following specific test instructions
• Supervise production personnel as a technical and quality focal point
• Create, review, and provide quality release for construction deviations (Inspection Reports and Temporary Revisions)
• Prepare and attest technical documentation, including Release to Service and Certificate of Work Completion
• Participate in the development of new procedures and process improvements

Requirements

• Valid EASA Part-66 CAT B1/B2 license (mandatory)
• Completed technical higher education or technician/master qualification
• Multi-year professional experience in aircraft maintenance
• Fluency in German and good proficiency in English
• Availability for shift work (early and late shifts) and irregular business travel
• Strong communication skills and a structured, team-oriented way of working

Preferred Qualifications

• EASA Aircraft Maintenance License (AML) with a registered Group 1 type
• Radio operator certificate (BZF I or II)
