About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide specialized anesthetic care for neonatal and pediatric patients within the Division of Anesthesia.
- Collaborate with supervising staff Anesthesiologists to devise plans for anesthetic induction, maintenance, and emergence.
- Utilize advanced professional training, research, and specialized knowledge to promote optimum care for patients and families.
- Perform pre-operative assessments and manage anesthetic procedures under the supervision of the Children's Anesthesia Group.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- Graduation from an accredited AANA program.
- Current CRNA certification.
- Valid licensure in the State of Ohio.
- PALS certification.
- Strong communication, customer service, and basic computer skills.
- Good manual dexterity and physical/emotional stamina.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in neonatal or pediatric anesthesia.
