Responsibilities

• Prepare real estate valuations (offices, industrial, and logistics properties)
• Collect and analyze legal, technical, and market data
• Provide clients with advice on property valuation and market issues
• Collaborate with companies, banks, and investors
• Build and maintain your own client base

Requirements

• Professional certified real estate valuator qualification
• Excellent Latvian language skills
• Ability to plan and organize work independently
• Strong communication skills and ability to maintain long-term client relationships
• Category B driver's license (advantage)
• Existing client base (significant advantage)
