About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors, guests, and employees
- Manage and coordinate visitor traffic at the reception
- Operate and monitor building management and security technology
- Perform regular control and patrol rounds, including closing services
- Initiate appropriate measures in emergency and danger situations
- Handle reporting and documentation of special incidents
- Manage key distribution and supervise external companies
Requirements
- Completed qualification as a Certified Protection and Security Force (GSSK)
- Clean criminal record (Eintragungsfreies Führungszeugnis)
- Very good written and spoken German
- English skills are an advantage
- High level of responsibility and service orientation
- Resilience, teamwork, punctuality, flexibility, and accuracy
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, databases)
