Certified Protection and Security Force

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for visitors, guests, and employees
• Manage and coordinate visitor traffic at the reception
• Operate and monitor building management and security technology
• Perform regular control and patrol rounds, including closing services
• Initiate appropriate measures in emergency and danger situations
• Handle reporting and documentation of special incidents
• Manage key distribution and supervise external companies

Requirements

• Completed qualification as a Certified Protection and Security Force (GSSK)
• Clean criminal record (Eintragungsfreies Führungszeugnis)
• Very good written and spoken German
• English skills are an advantage
• High level of responsibility and service orientation
• Resilience, teamwork, punctuality, flexibility, and accuracy
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, databases)
