About the role
Responsibilities
- Primary contact for visitors, guests, and employees
- Management and coordination of visitor traffic at the reception
- Operation and monitoring of building management and security technology
- Execution of regular control and patrol rounds including closing services
- Implementation of appropriate measures in emergency and danger situations
- Reporting and documentation of special incidents
- Key issuance and supervision of external companies
Requirements
- Completed qualification as a Certified Protection and Security Force (GSSK) with NSL specialist or trained Service Force/Specialist for Protection and Security
- Clean criminal record
- Very good German language skills (written and spoken)
- English language skills are an advantage
- High level of responsibility and service orientation
- Resilience, teamwork, punctuality, flexibility, and accuracy
- Proficient use of MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, databases)
