Certified Personal Trainer

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial fitness consultations
• Engage with members to drive new client acquisition
• Design personalized programs for individual client success
• Facilitate safe, fun, and results-driven fitness programming
• Perform monthly assessments of client progress
• Maintain building equipment and safety standards
• Provide excellent customer service and problem resolution

Requirements

• Punctual and dependable with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication, sales, and mathematical skills
• Availability to work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to pass a background check
• Must obtain valid CPR/AED certification within 30 days of employment

Preferred Qualifications

• Level 1: CPT certification or a bachelor's degree in exercise science
• Level 2: Two certifications or one year of verified industry experience
• Knowledge of new fitness trends and product expertise
