Certified Personal Trainer

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial fitness consultations
• Engage with members to drive new client acquisition
• Design personalized programs for individual client success
• Facilitate safe, fun, and results-driven fitness programming
• Perform monthly assessments of client progress
• Maintain building equipment and safety standards
• Provide excellent customer service and problem resolution

Requirements

• Punctual, dependable, and highly organized
• Strong communication and sales skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Availability for various shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to pass a background check
• Valid CPR/AED certification (must be completed in person within 30 days of employment)

Preferred Qualifications

• Level 1: CPT or bachelor's degree in exercise science
• Level 2: 2 certifications or 1 year of verified industry experience
• Knowledge of new fitness trends and product expertise
