About the role
Responsibilities
- Own case progression from claims through litigation readiness
- Draft, review, and manage discovery including interrogatories and requests for production
- Prepare demand packages with complete supporting documentation
- Coordinate and track all case-related deadlines and filings
- Maintain organized, up-to-date case files in Filevine
- Communicate directly with clients, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel
- Prepare cases for trial by organizing exhibits and coordinating witnesses
- Identify and resolve gaps in documentation proactively
Requirements
- Certified Paralegal
- Active Notary Public
- 4+ years of Personal Injury experience in Georgia within the past 6 years
- Experience in both pre-litigation and litigation preparation
- Proficiency in case management software (Filevine preferred)
- Strong knowledge of personal injury law and insurance processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing complex, multi-party cases
