Certified Paralegal

Responsibilities

• Own case progression from claims through litigation readiness
• Draft, review, and manage discovery including interrogatories and requests for production
• Prepare demand packages with complete supporting documentation
• Coordinate and track all case-related deadlines and filings
• Maintain organized, up-to-date case files in Filevine
• Communicate directly with clients, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel
• Prepare cases for trial by organizing exhibits and coordinating witnesses
• Identify and resolve gaps in documentation proactively

Requirements

• Certified Paralegal
• Active Notary Public
• 4+ years of Personal Injury experience in Georgia within the past 6 years
• Experience in both pre-litigation and litigation preparation
• Proficiency in case management software (Filevine preferred)
• Strong knowledge of personal injury law and insurance processes

• Experience managing complex, multi-party cases
