About the role
About the Company
Ennoble Care is a mobile primary care, palliative care, and hospice service provider. Our clinicians go to the home of the patient, providing a continuum of care for those with chronic conditions and limited mobility.
Responsibilities
- Care for a census of 5-6 patients
- Provide or assist in ADL activities including personal hygiene, grooming, mouth, skin care, and nails
- Assist with toileting, positioning, and transfer activities
- Perform frequent turning and positioning of bed-bound patients
- Assist with prescribed exercise and ROM activities
- Perform light housekeeping including changing bed linen and laundry
- Feed and assist with meals
- Report any changes in patient condition to the Nurse
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Meets State training requirements
- Minimum 75 hours of classroom and supervised practical training
- One year of experience as a CNA, hospice aide, or home health aide
- Licensed driver with an insured automobile in good working order
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospice care
