Certified Nursing Assistant

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) according to care plans
• Support residents with lifting, turning, positioning, and transferring
• Coordinate dining services, including meal setup, delivery, and feeding assistance
• Deliver nutritional supplements and document intake
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition, including skin concerns
• Assist with toileting programs and personal hygiene care
• Complete required documentation and flow sheets accurately and timely
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and caring environment for all residents

Requirements

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing, or completion of a state-approved training program
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams
• Ability to provide compassionate, resident-centered care
• Ability to perform physical caregiving duties, including lifting and repositioning residents

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Current CPR/BLS Certification
• Minimum of one year of CNA experience in a long-term care setting
