Certified Nursing Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assist with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulation, and medication reminders
• Support household tasks, meal preparation, and accompany clients to appointments or errands as needed
• Monitor and document client condition, vital signs, and incidents while maintaining confidentiality
• Ensure a safe environment, operate medical equipment properly, and respond promptly to client needs
• Use Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) systems for accurate documentation

Requirements

• Current CPR certification or ability to complete within 90 days of hire
• Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation or access to public transit
• For Tennessee residents: Completion of 75 hours of training (including 16 clinical hours) within the first 3 months

Preferred Qualifications

• 6+ months of home care experience
• Ability to work flexible hours and work independently
