Certified Nursing Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and oral hygiene
• Assist with meal preparation and mobility
• Support individualized care plans and monitor patient well-being
• Reinforce healthy routines to promote recovery and self-sufficiency
• Work closely with patients, families, and registered nurses

Requirements

• Minimum of 75 hours of classroom and supervised practical training
• Current certification as a nurse aide in good standing on the state registry
• Must meet Medicare Home Health Aide training program and competencies
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and valid automobile insurance
• Ability to read and write in English effectively

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as a Home Health Aide, Hospice Aide, or Certified Nursing Assistant
