About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide resident care including bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding as outlined in care plans
- Maintain the safety, comfort, dignity, and confidentiality of all residents
- Escort residents to meals and scheduled activities
- Ensure all assigned residents are clean, neatly dressed, groomed, and fed during shifts
- Document all services provided to assigned residents during your shift
- Report any changes in resident condition immediately to the supervisor
Requirements
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Home Health Aid (HHA) certification
- Experience working with the elderly population
- Ability to lift or carry up to 50 lbs and use proper body mechanics
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, stoop, kneel, and crouch for extended periods

- Experience in dementia care
