Certified Nursing Assistant

Responsibilities

• Take and record vital signs and report changes in condition to the supervising nurse
• Assist residents with daily living needs including hygiene, dressing, mobility, meals, and medication reminders
• Support safe transfers, positioning, and ambulation
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment for residents
• Prepare and submit timely progress notes and documentation
• Encourage resident engagement and participation in community activities
• Follow all infection control, HIPAA, and community policies

Requirements

• Active CNA certification
• High school diploma or GED
• CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience, specifically including Memory Care experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb stairs, and assist with resident mobility
• Comfort using basic technology for documentation
