Certified Nursing Assistant

Responsibilities

• Manage 5 - 6 patient visits per day
• Provide or assist in ADL activities including personal hygiene, grooming, and skin care
• Assist with toileting, positioning, and transfer activities
• Assist with prescribed exercise and ROM activities
• Perform light housekeeping including changing bed linen and laundry
• Feed and assist with meals
• Report changes in patient condition to the Nurse

Requirements

• Valid CNA license in the state of Oklahoma
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable mode of transportation
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Minimum of 75 hours of classroom and supervised practical training
• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to read and follow written instructions
• Understanding of hospice philosophy and comfort with terminally ill care
• Ability to work with little direct supervision
