Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)/STNA

Responsibilities

• Record vital signs and report patient care, condition, progress, or concerns to nursing staff
• Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding, and mobility
• Support nutritional needs in accordance with established care plans
• Provide basic emotional and psychological support to residents and families
• Maintain a clean, safe, and pleasant physical environment
• Follow facility procedures and perform related activities as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid STNA certification for the State of Ohio
• Current CPR certification from AHA, ARC, or other accepted provider
• Ability to work day, evening, or night shifts
