Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
• Provide mobility assistance, ambulation support, and safe client transfers
• Prepare meals and assist with nutritional needs
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe home environment
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and medication reminders
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and office staff to ensure high standards of care

Requirements

• Active Illinois CNA Certification
• Valid driver's license and a reliable, insured vehicle
• Physical ability to stand, pivot, and safely assist clients with transfers
• Dependable attendance and a professional approach to client care

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in home care settings
• Experience working one-on-one with seniors
• Specialized training or experience in Dementia, Parkinson's, or Hospice care
