Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.)

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care services including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transferring
• Monitor residents and report any changes in condition to nursing staff
• Participate in personalizing resident care plans and restorative therapies
• Ensure timely and accurate charting in medical records
• Collaborate with nurses, family members, and other healthcare providers
• Participate in team meetings, performance improvement projects, and ongoing education

Requirements

• Current Wisconsin C.N.A. certification or enrollment in a state-approved program
• Ability to work every other weekend and alternating holidays
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Strong time-management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to work effectively within a cooperative team environment
• Compassionate attitude and professional demeanor
