Certified Nursing Assistant

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Document care provided and report changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support
• Utilize exceptional customer service skills to ensure high-quality resident care

Requirements

• Current Connecticut State Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Strong compassionate care skills
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
