Certified Nursing Assistant

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Document care provided and report changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support
• Utilize exceptional customer service skills to ensure residents receive high-quality care
• Perform other duties as needed to support the Memory Care unit

Requirements

• Valid CNA, HHA, or LNA license
• Ability to work the 3rd shift (11p-7a) with an every-other-weekend rotation

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community
• Previous experience working with individuals living with dementia
