About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living including eating, drinking, and using the restroom
- Help with dressing and undressing
- Warm food and manage belongings
- Accompany employees during business travel to provide personal assistance
- Provide personal assistance services at home during telework hours
Requirements
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in personal assistance or as a Personal Care Assistant
- Ability to read, write, and understand English
- Physical ability to perform prolonged walking, standing, lifting, and transferring employees
- Ability to manage time and multiple assignments
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant with 2 years of experience
- Certified Home Health Aide
- Active CPR, First Aid, or Basic Life Support Certification
