Certified Nurse Assistant

Responsibilities

• Perform daily hygiene care for residents
• Assist residents with basic personal hygiene and activities of daily living
• Personalize care by learning resident preferences
• Maintain accurate documentation and report discrepancies promptly
• Apply safety, infection control, and risk management procedures
• Communicate resident status and condition to immediate supervisors

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Colorado State Certified Nursing Assistant License
• 3–6 months experience in long-term care preferred
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to perform medium-heavy physical work, including lifting up to 100 lbs occasionally
• Ability to stand and walk constantly during working hours
