Certified Nurse Aide

Responsibilities

• Provide prescribed medical treatment and personal care to patients who are ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled
• Operate under the supervision of Registered Nurses and Licensed Vocational Nurses
• Support patients in Medical Surgical, Emergency Services, Perioperative Services, and Skilled Nursing Facility settings
• Participate in on-call rotations as required

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Current State of California Nurse Aide certification
• Current CPR certificate
• Ability to work night shifts

Preferred Qualifications

• One year of clinical experience as a CNA in an acute care or skilled nursing facility
