Certified Nurse Aide (CNA)

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to elder Franciscan sisters including assistance with personal hygiene, dressing, dining, transporting, and restorative care
• Document care for residents as required
• Communicate with residents, family members, management, and staff to ensure quality care
• Collaborate with nursing staff with duties related to the ongoing needs of residents
• Contribute to a warm and caring convent environment through teamwork and interpersonal engagement

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Current or lapsed Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification is a plus but not required
• Long-term resident care or home care experience is preferred but not required
