About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to elder Franciscan sisters including assistance with personal hygiene, dressing, dining, transporting, and restorative care
- Document care for residents as required
- Communicate with residents, family members, management, and staff to ensure quality care
- Collaborate with nursing staff to meet ongoing resident needs
- Support a warm and caring convent environment through teamwork and interpersonal engagement
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Current or lapsed Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification on file with the state
Preferred Qualifications
- Long-term resident care experience
- Home care experience
