About the role
Responsibilities
- Safely administer prescribed medications and treatments in compliance with state regulations and company guidelines.
- Supervise self-administered medications and manage medication inventory, including ordering supplies and verifying accuracy.
- Maintain accurate medication records (MAR/TAR) and ensure proper storage and disposal of medications.
- Provide personal care to residents, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and incontinence care.
- Perform general nursing tasks such as monitoring vital signs, temperature, blood pressure, and weight.
- Document resident information in daily logs and maintain complete medical charts for admissions.
- Clean and restock medication carts daily and perform weekly deep cleanings.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Current Medication Technician certification.
- At least 1 month of related experience.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.

- Previous experience working in a Senior Living environment.
