Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities while maintaining dignity and independence
• Administer medications safely and accurately across multiple forms as prescribed
• Follow a strict 3-step verification process: confirm resident, correct medication, and proper dosage/timing
• Ensure compliance with medication labeling to prevent errors
• Maintain attention to detail and protocol adherence

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Availability every other weekend and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Completion of a recognized Medication Administration course
• 1 year experience or training working with older adults or in the retirement housing industry
