Certified Integration EST

Responsibilities

• Provide professional repair and installation services for dental technology in practitioner offices
• Maintain necessary tools and manage inventory levels within a service vehicle
• Educate customers on proper equipment care, maintenance, and troubleshooting procedures
• Complete work orders and submit all required job-related paperwork in a timely manner
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and internal personnel regarding service status
• Comply with all OSHA regulations and company fleet management policies

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Knowledge of computer networking, including hardware and software configuration
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maneuver large equipment and perform physical tasks including bending, stooping, and lifting

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience as a customer-facing Field Technician
• Previous experience in the dental industry
• IT industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security, or MCSE
• Working knowledge of X-ray equipment, digital diagnostic tools, or PLCs
• Experience with commercial audio/video systems or mechanical and electrical systems
