About the Company

SportsCare and Armworks Physical and Hand Therapy is a therapist-owned clinic with a family culture and top reputation since 1963. We are a cohesive team of 85 members providing comprehensive OT and PT treatment approaches across multiple locations in the Portland metro area and Salem, OR.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 care through 45-minute appointments
• Treat post-traumatic, surgical, and repetitive strain injuries of the elbow, wrist, and hand
• Act as a coach, guide, and educator for patients
• Work within a dynamic, multi-therapist team environment

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited college with an AOTA curriculum
• Current state of OR occupational/Physical therapy license
• Current CHT license
• CPR certification
• Excellent patient care and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in splinting
• Strong willingness to learn splinting techniques
