Certified Consultant

Responsibilities

• Meeting with potential Exit Factor members
• Conducting 1:1 consulting sessions with clients following the Exit Factor system
• Providing additional resources in our online curriculum to enhance sessions
• Participating in initial training and certification and continuing education

Requirements

• Must be located in Northern Virginia
• Computer proficiency including conducting Zoom presentation meetings
• Experience in a customer-facing role
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, Zoom, and Slack
• Entrepreneurial mindset and strong time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous business consulting or coaching experience
• Personal exit or sale experience
• Related exit strategy or M&A experience
• Formal business education
