MeBe is a provider of evidence-based therapies for children with autism and other special needs. Our mission is to empower families, professionals, and communities by educating and training them on evidence-based approaches through play-filled, research-based care across multi-disciplines including OT, Speech and ABA.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on training including initial and updated treatment plans
• Implement behavior intervention plans
• Conduct parent training
• Manage insurance fluency and program development
• Perform data analysis
• Score and implement assessments such as VBMAPP, EFL, AFLS, and Vineland
• Practice conflict resolution and effective supervision

Requirements

• Previous CBT experience
• Must be a MeBe employee (RBT) to be selected for the Candidate program
• Pursuing a career as a BCBA
• Enrolled in a BCBA program through a University or College, or planning to enroll within three months
