Certification Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage product industry certifications to ensure compliance with target market laws, regulations, industry standards, and customer requirements.
• Track target market regulations to drive design and supply chain compliance.
• Organize certification application submissions, on-site testing, and factory audits based on product department needs.
• Track testing progress, follow up on rectifications, and provide certification certificates and reports to the product department.
• Liaise with certification agencies (such as TLC, SGS, or CRAA) to complete various product audits and respond quickly to inquiries.
• Provide standard training and risk warnings to R&D and production teams to mitigate product risks from a certification perspective.
• Optimize certification processes and improve certification requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in a Science or Engineering major.
• Preferred majors include Electrical, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• Strong sense of responsibility, ability to work under pressure, and excellent coordination skills.
• Proactive attitude with a strong service mindset and team spirit.
• Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to use English as a primary working language.
• Experience or academic background in quality management systems or regulatory compliance.
