Certification and Compliance Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Support the daily operations of certification programs and related processes
• Coordinate certification projects, including applications, scope updates, and audit preparation
• Work with internal teams and external stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues
• Prepare reports, documentation, and process-related materials
• Help drive process improvements and enhance service quality
• Assist with audits and compliance activities
• Provide guidance on certification procedures and requirements
• Support operational goals and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Advanced English proficiency (required)
• 3+ years of experience in operations, compliance, certification, or similar roles
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, International Relations, or a related field
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with regulatory, certification, or quality processes
