About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of certification and integration for vendor, gateway, and client solutions
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients and stakeholders during the integration process
  • Oversee technical set-up, specification reviews, issue resolution, and network configuration
  • Ensure strict compliance with Card Association and Legal mandates to prevent revenue loss and operational risk
  • Consult on transaction scripts, formats, and responses based on payment scripting
  • Coordinate resource activities and partner with network and production teams to ensure successful "go-live" events

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent combination of experience
  • Technical proficiency in data file analysis
  • Functional expertise in telecommunications or operating systems
  • Knowledge of transaction processing formats
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS-Project)
  • Excellent verbal communication skills for leading calls with clients and management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of industry association rules
  • North mainframe experience and understanding of business processes
  • Previous experience working with developers and TCoE in a matrixed corporate environment
  • Advanced knowledge of specific Brand (Visa/Mastercard) chargeback and fine structures
