Certificate Processor

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service for client managers and insured parties requesting certificates of insurance or auto identification cards
• Read and interpret data to ensure compliance with policy guidelines
• Operate in-house insurance account management systems, spreadsheets, and word processing software to issue certificates
• Review insurance contracts to determine required certificate information
• Initiate communication with Client Managers to obtain necessary data
• Process, print, and prepare insurance documents for mailing
• Review worksheets and renewal certificates for accuracy and compliance
• Maintain strict client confidentiality

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to enter and maintain data accurately
• Ability to multitask and succeed in a high-volume, production-driven environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team setting
• Ability to evaluate information against established standards
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• College diploma or degree preferred

Benefits

• Base salary compensation range of $50,000 CAD - $65,000 CAD per year
• Eligibility for a compensation plan including commission-based bonuses
