Ceramics Fabrication Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of project management in the ceramic studio
• Manage a team of three fabricators and conduct regular one-on-one check-ins
• Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, budgets, and expenditures
• Serve as project lead from early concept through final delivery
• Develop and implement workflows to support efficiency and creative problem-solving
• Manage studio materials, inventory, and equipment ordering
• Prepare estimates and invoices in partnership with the Ceramics Director
• Maintain adherence to studio safety practices and regulations

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience
• Strong ceramic fabrication skills across various techniques
• Basic 3D rendering abilities
• Proficiency with G Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and Box
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and solve problems independently
