About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of project management in the ceramic studio
- Manage a team of three fabricators and conduct regular one-on-one check-ins
- Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, budgets, and expenditures
- Serve as project lead from early concept through final delivery
- Develop and implement workflows to support efficiency and creative problem-solving
- Manage studio materials, inventory, and equipment ordering
- Prepare estimates and invoices in partnership with the Ceramics Director
- Maintain adherence to studio safety practices and regulations
Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant experience
- Strong ceramic fabrication skills across various techniques
- Basic 3D rendering abilities
- Proficiency with G Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and Box
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and solve problems independently
