Responsibilities

• Build the local business from the ground up in Linköping
• Establish the local culture and create an office that is the natural choice for entrepreneurs
• Lead the local team within finance and advisory
• Create and develop relationships with entrepreneurs and corporate customers
• Ensure high quality in customer deliveries
• Drive growth and develop Luca in the region, both among customers and employees

Requirements

• University degree in economics, preferably focusing on accounting, finance, or management accounting
• 7-10 years of experience in accounting, auditing, or financial advisory
• Documented results in creating value for customers
• An established local network with strong customer relationships
• Experience leading and developing teams with the ability to inspire people and business
