Responsibilities

• Establish Luca in the local area, set the culture from the start, and create an office that is the natural choice for growing entrepreneurs.
• Lead the local team within finance and advisory.
• Create and develop relationships with entrepreneurs and corporate customers.
• Ensure high quality in customer deliveries.
• Drive growth and develop Luca in the region, both among customers and employees.

Requirements

• University degree in economics, preferably focusing on accounting, finance, or financial management.
• 7-10 years of experience in accounting, auditing, or financial advisory with documented results.
• An established local network with strong customer relationships.
• Experience leading and developing teams with the ability to inspire people and drive business forward.
