CEO/General Manager

Responsibilities

• Define annual and long-term strategic plans and translate them into quarterly execution priorities
• Own full P&L performance, including revenue growth, profitability, pricing strategy, and customer retention
• Accelerate profitable growth and strengthen revenue durability through scalable mechanisms
• Review and strengthen Go-To-Market (GTM) architecture and improve pipeline quality
• Lead distributed teams across Australia and India while developing leadership capability and succession planning
• Translate technology and AI decisions into measurable commercial outcomes and customer value

Requirements

• Previous experience as a CEO or General Manager
• Demonstrated full P&L ownership
• Proven experience scaling technology businesses (approximately $5M–$15M+)
• Strong understanding of SaaS models and recurring revenue
• Experience leading cross-functional organizations

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to enterprise software or AI transformation
• Experience working within the APAC region
• Experience in portfolio or decentralized operating environments
• Background in Martech, Adtech, or Call Analytics
