CEO/General Manager

Responsibilities

• Define annual and long-term strategic plans and translate them into quarterly execution priorities
• Own full P&L performance, including revenue growth, profitability, pricing strategy, and customer retention
• Accelerate profitable growth and strengthen revenue durability through repeatable growth mechanisms
• Review and strengthen GTM architecture to improve pipeline quality and forecast accuracy
• Lead distributed teams across Australia and India, developing leadership capability and succession planning
• Align commercial, operational, and product priorities to scale AI-enabled value creation

Requirements

• Previous CEO or General Manager experience
• Demonstrated full P&L ownership
• Experience scaling technology businesses (approximately $5M–$15M+)
• Strong understanding of SaaS and recurring revenue models
• Experience leading cross-functional organizations
• Strong technology fluency and ability to translate technical decisions into commercial outcomes

Preferred Qualifications

• Enterprise software exposure
• Experience with AI transformation
• APAC market exposure
• Experience working in portfolio or decentralized operating environments
• Background in Martech, Adtech, or Call Analytics
