Stenseminde Holding ApS is a private Danish holding company and Family Office based in North Jutland. The company serves as the family's platform for ownership, investments, and governance, managing a diversified portfolio including companies, real estate, and financial investments across sectors such as marine, space technology, and agriculture.

Responsibilities

• Build and further develop the Family Office structure
• Ensure professional governance, including board work and decision-making processes
• Provide strategic advice to the owning family regarding investments, risk, and collaboration
• Contribute to value creation in portfolio companies through active ownership
• Lead and organize the family office and develop collaboration between the CEO, CFO, and CIO
• Interact with the investment committee and external advisors regarding legal, tax, and audit matters
• Represent the family office in external relations

Requirements

• Solid experience in a similar role with strategic leadership in a complex organization
• Experience working closely with owners and boards of directors
• Strong understanding of investment environments and various asset classes
• Documented experience in establishing governance and organizational development
• Advanced degree such as Cand.polit, Cand.merc, or Engineering
• Proven leadership experience and stakeholder management skills
• High level of integrity, discretion, and relational competence
