Responsibilities

• Provide strategic, financial, and operational leadership for smart in the Italian market to drive sales and brand representation.
• Create and implement the company vision, mission, and values in alignment with smart Europe GmbH.
• Manage the national P&L, annual budgets, and business operating plans to ensure sustainable growth.
• Lead the national Sales Team to achieve excellence in B2C, B2B, and Used Car sales.
• Develop and execute business strategies, including pricing structures and brand consistency across all channels.
• Build and maintain trust with key stakeholders, including dealers, agents, and public entities.
• Represent the company at media events and public occasions within Italy.
• Ensure organizational compliance with all national regulations, including environmental, labor, and safety laws.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or a comparable field.
• 10+ years of experience in the automotive industry or adjacent sectors.
• 10+ years of experience in management roles, preferably in senior leadership positions.
• In-depth knowledge of the Italian market, corporate governance, and macroeconomic trends.
• Proven proficiency in P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow management.
• Fluency in both Italian and English (written and oral).
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with exceptional leadership and negotiation skills.
