Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the product team to design and refine GRC software features
- Incorporate legal insights on compliance frameworks into actionable product enhancements
- Support product pre-sales and presentations, contextualizing features for end users
- Assist with product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies
- Support contracts, risk assessments, regulatory updates, client invoicing, policy formulation, audit preparations, and internal team training
Requirements
- Qualified Company Secretary or Chartered Accountant
- 2+ years of post-qualification experience in corporate secretarial and compliance roles
- Exposure to using compliance and board management software
- Strong grasp of Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) concepts
- Knowledge of corporate laws from SEBI, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, and RBI
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Analytical thinking and a proactive, collaborative attitude
