Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, travel, and daily office priorities
  • Coordinate internal communications and follow up on executive action items
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for leadership meetings
  • Oversee office operations, vendors, supplies, and administrative processes
  • Handle confidential information with extreme discretion and attention to detail

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10-15 years of experience directly supporting a CEO and founder in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven experience preparing executive-level reports and presentations
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Monday.com
  • Experience interacting with VIPs and High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs)
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic
