EWG Recycling is a rapidly growing company in the circular material management industry. With expertise in recycling, environmental remediation, water treatment, and the circular economy, the group helps customers across Sweden manage their material flows through owned facilities and specialized competence.

Responsibilities

• Take over the daily operational management of the company, including operations, finance, sales, permits, safety, culture, and organization.
• Lead the company forward while working closely with the group management on expansion, new establishments, and acquisitions.
• Drive growth, establish more facilities, and develop new business opportunities.
• Ensure operational delivery, profitability, and team development.
• Maintain a strong presence both in management meetings and on-site at facilities.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading larger operations.
• Deep understanding of finance and business management with responsibility for results.
• Experience building strong teams and creating structure in high-growth environments.
• Ability to work hands-on and be present in the operational environment.
• Industry experience in recycling, contracting, industry, or related sectors is valuable.
• Fluency in Swedish.
• Valid driver's license.
