Requirements

• Experience from electrical, power, installation, or related technical operations
• Documented results in driving growth and improving profitability
• Strong commercial profile and clear business focus
• Experience leading managers and preferably working within a group structure
• Understanding of project-based business and its economic logic
• Experience working goal-oriented and data-driven
