Responsibilities

• Strengthen operations and ensure consistent performance across the chain
• Further develop the operating model to ensure a robust foundation
• Define and execute growth strategies focused on scalability and profitability
• Manage the commercial engine by reacting to changes in demand, assortment, and performance
• Lead organizational development to create direction, cohesion, and a high-tempo culture
• Collaborate with the ownership group and board on strategic decisions and risk assessments

Requirements

• Solid and successful retail experience in a similar role (e.g., CEO, CCO, or CSO)
• Proven ability to drive growth and results in a complex business environment
• Strong commercial understanding with the ability to balance turnover, margin, and inventory value
• Analytical and data-driven approach combined with commercial instinct
• Credible, clear, and inspiring leadership style
• Decisive, proactive, and authoritative personality
• Strong collaboration skills
