CEO Apprentice/EA

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to the CEO, helping prioritize opportunities, requests, and communications
• Use AI tools to draft, edit, and manage high-quality executive communications, including emails and talking points
• Conduct research on industry trends, target companies, and strategic opportunities to support decision-making
• Coordinate outreach to prospective partners and clients, including meeting scheduling and pipeline support
• Leverage LinkedIn and other tools to support executive networking and relationship development
• Prepare briefing materials for meetings, events, and speaking opportunities
• Track action items and manage follow-through on key business development initiatives
• Maintain strict discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in an entrepreneurial environment, communications, or business development
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills
• Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, HubSpot, and various project management platforms
• Experience using AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency and content creation
• Strong research skills and high attention to detail
• Ability to handle sensitive information with sound judgment
