Responsibilities

• Own the company’s P&L with full responsibility for performance and day-to-day operations
• Build relationships with suppliers, customers, and employees in a newly acquired business
• Oversee and participate in the estimating and bidding process to ensure profitable projects
• Manage and lead sales, production, service, and office staff with accountability
• Ensure crews deliver consistent, high-quality service to every customer
• Win new accounts and expand existing ones through local relationships and disciplined estimating
• Run quarterly board meetings with American Operator
• Partner with American Operator on strategy, budgeting, and growth planning

Requirements

• 7+ years of leadership experience
• At least 2 years in residential or commercial roofing field work
• Track record of leading and growing a home services business
• Strong P&L management skills including insurance billing, collections, and cash flow
• Experience managing subcontracted labor crews
• Experience building effective outbound sales teams in the roofing industry
• Experience estimating commercial and/or residential roofing systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Currently hold or can immediately obtain a roofing license in a local Colorado municipality
• Experience working with insurance adjusters as a construction contractor
• Military leadership experience

Benefits

• Base salary of $150,000
• 20% performance-based bonus opportunities
